UMD IS really bad for Nursing. First you cant complete the degree at UMD for most have to transfer to UMCC. Second it is not Direct admit.

UDELL is direct admit program and guaranteed in program on day one.

History and public policy and in-state tuition, I would choose UMD any day of the week over UDel. Nobody will even know she is in FC.

Just adding that DC is currently registering for UMD FC classes for the fall. We were both shocked to find out that SOME of the classes are earlier than 3pm. You can check this out beforehand by searching UMD’s fall courses and filtering for FC.

UMD for sure, much better reputation and likely better networking for jobs. And if planning to move to DC after school even better for internships.

From our moco public high school Delaware is the choice if you don't get in UMD, Penn State, OH State etc.
