Grape flavor in apple juice. The apple juice masks grape. But it has to be little enough that you know they will drink it or else you don’t know how much of a dose they had.

I prefer ibuprofen for a fever and do the tablet which is easy to crush and put in vanilla ice cream.

Don't make it such a big deal. I was nonchalant and had kids take the chewy type.
