Toilet brushes are gross and so are sponges (for the kitchen) and there are more sanitary ways to clean a toilet.
Save your old toothbrushes and then just throw away when done. even using a wad a paper towels and enough cleaner can work and you are no longer left with a gross brush. |

You want one with silicone bristles. They work SO MUCH better.

I've been using them for probably 15 years and have literally NEVER had this problem. Maybe you are holding them incorrectly so are accidentally pressing the release button? We wrap it in a plastic bag or wrapper that is about to go in the trash and use one for all the toilets in the house. |
