Destination playgrounds in the DMV

I can’t find it but I’ll try again.

Back in the day - like 15 years ago an Srlington mom had a blog “scary mommy” or something and she would post regularly about playgrounds & parks & fun stuff along the 495.

Really? I visited recently and it was fine. When was the last time you visited and what did you see that indicates it's not being kept up?


I agree. I took my kids there a few days ago and it was great. In addition to the playground, there are some really nice trails and a nature center that the kids really liked. I didn't see any upkeep issues at all.
