Elizabeth Guzman was first elected in 2017, I think. Ran for Lt. Gov last time, i think?

I have met her a few times and I think she is a bit pandering, but follows the Dem line and likes to be out in front on occasion. Better than Vindman in a lot of ways - has done a lot more work for people in Virginia than Vindman. (I hope Rachel doesn't find me and accuse me of discriminating against members of the military for saying so!)
