Are there men who will only date tall women?

I'm 5'8 and interestingly, I prefer men taller than myself but still close enough to my own height. I only dated couple 6'2-6'4 men and was not sexually compatible with either. They were too big for me, if they tried to go all the way, felt painful.

I find medium height men more compatible sexually and it gives my body more freedom in bed, e.g. not feeling too pressed, him too heavy or mounting over me or dominant

Some women really enjoy that sexual aspect.

You don't want to go extremes: short genes can indeed show up several generations later. My grandfather was super short, 5'4. It took him and his children to "marry up" to taller women to resume producing taller offspring. One of my cousin brothers ended up shorter though at 5'6, and ended up single (he likes tall women they don't like him)

I'm very active in bed myself not dominant but like a variety of positions and flexibility. An athletic 5'10-6'1 man with medium size everything is perfect for me

If I may say, I love tall women. I'm 5'5 and true story, every woman I've ever dated has been about 6 ft tall. I can't help it. I think the very tall and the very short are natural allies. Together, we make one normal person.

Tall genes have a lot of risk to them though- tall people suffer from way more health issues. Women like tall men because they look like they can fight/protect better, a masculine quality, but without that factor I think the health issues associated with tallness would probably outweigh any benefits, strictly genetically speaking. Your best bet is probably average height, so around 5'4 for women and 5'10 for men, for the ideal genetic fitness scenario

Where the data is coming from? I've read something like that but only for extreme short/tall people. It's not dangerous for a woman to be 5'7-5'9 or for a man to be up to 6'4

Technically all added mass is less than ideal. So yeah, bad health effects set in at any range of tallness. Blood is more difficult to pump among other things

My friend's brothers are both very tall (6'4 and 6'9) and they both told her that theyre not attracted to tall women at all and that she was going to have trouble dating. Both of them are with quite short women. And they were right- she did have trouble dating.

You didn’t say how tall she was. And to me 6’4-6’9 men are not attractive either. Maybe that’s why they had to marry short women: medium height women were not attracted to them

I know a few couples with a short man/very tall woman and I think they’re adorable.

A women I was chatting up for a while used to date D1 college/professional basketball players. She told me many of those men would only get serious with tall women because they wanted tall kids--presumably so they could play basketball too.

When I look at the wives of professional basketball players I don't notice this trend so I'm not sure how prevalent this is.

Well you're not the average woman- the vast majority of women would be attracted to a 6'4 man.

She's not that tall- 5'8

Generally, short + tall = average height kids.

Nope, usually they inherit the height from one side or another (usually tallness is more dominant)

I don't think a short man would appreciate being called "adorable" though. Denotes "child".

The height calculators disagree with you. I did say "generally".

And I say this as a very short woman married to a 6'2" tall man, with kids who will be just above average in height (teens still growing).

I’m a 5’ 9” man and always felt like I was overachieving when I dated a woman who was taller than me. Kind of, like, huh, that guy must have something special going on if that taller woman is willing to date him. Must have a big…shoe size or something.
