Going rate for nanny on Cap Hill? (2 infants)

| We are starting to search for a nanny to start in mid-October or early November and I am looking for guidance on salaries. We live on Capitol Hill and we have twins who will be 4 months old in November. Nanny must be legal and we are probably looking for the higher end of the range of skills/education/experience. Any guidance on ranges of nanny rates would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |
