| we go to homestead as it is close to us (in poolesville). there is a pick your own farm in woodbine (near columbia) larriland. may be closer to you? |

| Larriland is really great. we just went there last weekend. peaches, berries, onions, tomatoes... lots to pick. |

| OP here. Thanks to the PPs who recommended Larriland. I went there today and had a wonderful time! Of course, I also now have a ton of fruit - peaches, assorted berries and tomatoes, need to think of what to do with them quick! |

i thought we'd have the same problem, but we ended up eating everything in just a matter of days!
you can always freeze the berries or make a jam. |
