Need Washer and Dryer-where to recommend shopping?

This will be our first purchase of a W/D. I'm planning on checking out Sears. Any other recs? Online or in-store is fine with us, just want to get a good deal.

Sears price matches, so if they're convenient I would go there. We bought ours there several year ago, Best Buy was having a sale but Sears is right near our house. Next day delivery and everything.
I think Lowes is also well reputed for their customer service, there just isn't one anywhere in LoMoCo. |

| Got Samsung Washer/Gas Dryer from Lowes. They delivered and took our old ones away. *had to get someone else to install it, since Lowes didn't want to touch gas dryer. hehe. |

| Just bought at Bray and Scharff and had a good experience. They only have maytag and whirlpool, I believe, but that was what we wanted. |

| just bought them from lowes, they were having a sale and plus the 10% coupon we had. Samsung brand. It took awhile, but everything worked out well. |
