A new lawsuit filed today in Maricopa County alleges that Arizona State Representative Austin Smith (R) may have personally forged signatures from at least two Arizona voters in his bid to be re-elected in Legislative District 29.
Two Arizona voters have completed affidavits affirming that they never signed the petition. Smith touts “election integrity” on his campaign website as a top issue, falsely calling into question “what happened” on Election Day 2020 in Maricopa County. A murderer who won a Republican primary in Indiana has been found guilty of voluntary manslaughter after he killed his wife.
Andrew Wilhoite hit Elizabeth Nikki Wilhoite in the face with a heavy cement flowerpot and dumped her body in a creek a week after she finished chemotherapy treatments and filed for divorce.
