3.1 million dollar condos in Alexandria

I mean it is in Old Town, so that is neat. But it isn't like its walking distance to the metro (although maybe folks w/a 3.1 million dollar condo don't take the metro). At least it is big and seems to have a nice terrace. Just seems like a LOT for a condo in that area.

But what do I know? Maybe this is a fine price (I am sure you will all tell me if it is )

3,341 square feet. On the waterfront. One stoplight to D.C.

It will seel but not quickly and not for that price.

Nice place, but you would think someone looking in that range would prefer a lot of other options, even if they wanted to live near Alexandria. Still, some foreign defense-related exec will buy it to stash US Dollars outside China/Venezuela/Europe.
