MoCo Homestead Tax Credit

| We received our tax bill today. In it was a yellow form saying our application for the Homestead Tax Credit was due on December 31, 2012, but when we looked online it showed we'd applied for and had an approved application for the credit in 2011. Does anyone know how this works? Do we need to reapply every year? Not sure what it is. TIA! |

| Well the sheet tells you to check online, so I assume if online says you are approved that is good enough. |
