Will My Sushi Go Bad?

Anonymous
On my lunch break, I bought some sushi that I plan to eat for dinner tonight. It's refrigerated now. If I take it out and walk 45 minutes to the Metro (my exercise regimen) will my sushi be safe to eat?

It should be. If you left it out from lunch to dinner, it would probably go bad but yours is in the fridge.

No. Sushi should not be eaten super cold anyway. I get mine delivered a lot and it takes around 45 mins. Enjoy!

Since it's pretty hot and you are concerned, can't you pack it up with some ice? Do you have access to ice at work? Even without an insulated bag, just a plastic bag or whatever you bought it in, throw some ice on top it will melt some but still keep it very cold I would think.

And you'll have a nice watery mess on the subway!
