Search malfunction

In trying to search "c-section," which returns 23K+ results, you can't click past page 1 - you get an error message and it asks you to try a new search.

How are you doing this search? I clicked the "Search" link to the left. On that page there are two separate search functions: 1) Google search; and 2) built-in search. Neither yielded that many results (both were closer to 7,000) and getting to the second page worked with both.

I got the Google search to work, but the site search is still doing the same thing -- on a different computer, in a different browser. However, it does return far fewer hits (around 7K).
