My 4 month old DS was just dianosed with a flat head

My pediatrician has recommended a helmet for my DS. We went to the Hanger cranial location in Rockville, md for the evaluation and overall seem very pleased with our experience. Has anyone had any experience with this location?

I am from a different area, but my son had a helmet. It sucked at first, but soooo glad we did it. Good luck

We went with Cranial Technologies in Falls Church. Our DC had congenital torticollis (you can tell in pics as early as 2 wks old) and even with PT he ended up with moderate plagiocephaly and brachiocephaly; his facial features were starting to be affected (one ear lower, one cheek was fuller, etc) which is why we decided to get the DOC band. We started seeing results by the end of the first week!
They work with A LOT of kids and have a great reputation, which is why we went with them. DC was in it for a little over 4 months (8 mo - 1 year old) and I am very happy we did it.
