Child Therapist in Bethesda or Silver Spring

I am trying to help my MIL/BIL find a good therapist for my niece (5yo). The ideal person would meet the following requirements:

1) Be in Bethesda or Silver Spring
2) Work on sliding scale or take insurance
3) Have experience working with children who are being raised in non traditional family structures
4) Have experience working with families where not all members are supportive of the therapy process-someone good at getting buy in

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Try Alvord Baker. They are exclusively child therapists, have 8 or 10 therapists on staff, with offices in Silver Spring and Rockville. They have a great reputation and our family has used on of their therapists with great success.

I would imgine they meet your other criteria, but you can go to their website, contact the intake coordinator, and discuss the specifics with that person.
