Eh, normally I might say that I'm with you, but I find this video creative and obviously they took some time with it.

And, what makes you call them 'hipsters'? I think it's tough to judge someone's appearance during a heat wave/power outage combo. I'm pretty sure my unshaven DH (who is a white-collar professional) would have looked pretty shabby to you and my sorry ass with no make up and my hair a mess would not have looked like the same professional woman that I normally am.

Not that it really matters anyway - they took some time out to actually right out a song, that's pretty funny instead of just your boring ranting and raving against PEPCO. I give them some credit for that.

I think we all feel that way. My 'wealthy' neighborhood in Potomac just got our power back yesterday. It definitely felt like we were not being heard by PEPCO at all. Not even quite sure how we (or they) get 'heard'.

What was the point of this? Was it intended to be an actual message to PEPCO? If so, the profanity is detrimental.

Was it intended to be merely humurous? If so, again I found the profanity to be detrimental. Humor based on profanity is not very original.
