Does Romney Have a Spine?

Anonymous
Full disclosure - I am a moderate democrat and will likely vote for Obama. In the 2008 elections I thought that Romney was fairly harmless and this time around I also felt that I would be ok with him as President. Now I am starting to think that he may be harmfull afterall. Not bc of his policies but bc he does not seem capable to coming up with an independent thought. This while "tax/mandate" flipflop is just another example of him changing his mind when the RNC does not agree with one of his talking points.

Nope. The Tax / Mandate flip flop was worse than a flip flop. He KNOWS it makes him look like a buffoon, but he can't say no to his Republican overlords. He is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and yet he is still under someone else's thumb. Good gravy.

Well, that's a good question. Before he answers, though, he'd like to know whether you are more likely to vote for him if he has a spine, or if you'd be more sympathetic to him if he claimed to have no spine.

I just want to know how likely Romney is to get us into a stupid war that we never should have entered to begin with. On one hand, he seems too rational to do that. But then I never expected that even Bush would be such a moron as to invade Iraq over non-existent weapons of mass destruction all the while convincing the majority of Americans that Saddam was behind 9/11.

Romney put his spine in a blind trust so that it does not unduly influence his decisions in office.

Dear God, it's you again, PP. You have the intelligence of a child - can you just give it up?

PP - I'm sorry. The post has been deleted (I think) - you know, the BO smelly poster.

As Grover Norquist put it to CPAC, he will do what he is told. Reason enough to vote against him.

Romney donated his spine to a kid in Guatemala. The kid got out of bed and shouted "Damn wingnuts! Screw 'em if they can't take me the way I am, a progressive, pro-choice Republican".
