One year postpartum OB/GYN appt

What should I ask about?

Depends on what's going on with you -- spacing pregnancies, birth control, residual pp issues.

You'll probably also get a pap if it's been awhile, and if you happen to be young enough for the hpv vaccine you could ask about that. Otherwise as pp said, depends on whether your plan is to go back to preventative measures or conceive again...

I'm irritated that I even opened this. You are asking a bunch of strangers about what is basically just an annual GYN appointment when no one knows what issues you might have. This would only be warranted if you were, say, 16, and going to the GYN for the first time. Didn't you go to the GYN before you had kids? Maybe ask whatever you asked then, plus anything new that has come up.

Wow, 20:32. Sorry the poster ruined your day. But thanks for taking the time to let us know. Clearly it was important to you for us to know how you feel.

You know...I thought the same thing.

Really, irritated??

What is wrong w/you? What is the big deal? It's too bad someone isn't as intuitive as you, your Highness.

I actually learned something from this post (indirectly). When I saw someone suggest the Gardasil vaccine, I raised my eyebrows. I thought the vaccine was for preteens/teens--or at minimum, for people who had not yet had sex or potential contact with the virus. Enter google... and it turns out it's for people ages 9-26. Not that this helps me anymore, but I had no idea!
