I keep getting angry. Not at my family. Mostly strangers. While driving. People on the phone - verizon, cable co, visa. Or people who do work in my home. Is it part of menopause or getting to be a grumpy old woman?
I don't know but I do the same thing! Would love to hear more about this...
I don't know either, but, god, I hope there's a pill for this. Please resist the urge to be that woman (I'm talking to myself, too)!
Hormones
Maybe it's just getting old and you're not gonna stand for it anymore. Happens, you know?
|
Hormones. I'm cranky all the time. Used to be cheerful, but I am angry at everyone and everything. I have teenagers, so maybe that's part of it, but I think hormones are the big culprit.
22:06 here. OK, so we all agree that something is going on -- "hormones" -- but what, exactly does that mean? Is it a sustained drop in estrogen? Is this like having permanent PMS, when estrogen levels plunge just before your period starts?
I have the same thing.. Short fused and really generslly bored with my life. Great marriage, job, kids etc but feel like everdayis the same. I find myself depressed and lashing out to those around me. I really want it to stop - i dont feel like myself at all.
Can you exercise more so you'll increase endorphin release and you will be more tired having spent a lot of energy exercising?
Interesting. I think I am more even tempered now. I think I have mellowed with age, although still have a long way to go to be really relaxed.
Me, too. I think I got angrier much more easily when I had PMS. |
