You do realize that Scalia said that in his dissent, right? Also, you are wrong that the SC upheld part of the law. It found the lower court's blocking of the law mostly correct. and found most of the Arizona law to be unconstitutional It withheld judgement on the part dealing with police checking immigration status. This has been mostly misreported in the press. The SC provided guidance about how the law could be implemented. If Arizona, or any other state, veers outside that guidance, the matter could very well be back before the court and also found to be unconstitutional.

Wow, it sure didn't feel like a win. I guess we have a Romney fan here. I suppose you'll put a new name on health care reform and call it Romneycare. Oh wait, that name is already taken.

I've always thought you should just randomly check uninsured people at the hospital and when enrolling children in school applying for unemployment, voting, getting food stamps or welfare. Check 1 in 10 whoever gets caught gets treated the same as a person who hasn't paid taxes in 20 years.

He's deported twice as many as Bush per year, and he put more troops on the border than Bush ever did. Where were your complaints then??

Yeah, isn't Romneycare the program designed to give big tax breaks and incentives to large banks who give multimillion dollar bonuses to top executives while foreclosing on homes, not paying any dividends to shareholders and killing 401K and mutual fund savings and retirement accounts? Thought so.
