Need Restaurant Recs, Please!

We are three couples going out for a celebratory dinner this coming Saturday night. Looking for a restaurant that is fun for a group and that is in either Bethesda, Chevy Chase or upper NW. Not too expensive, please. Any ideas? We can think of lots of great places that are expensive, but not a lot of less $$ places that will feel really fun and "celebratory."

Grapeseed - I had a fantastic birthday dinner earlier this year there with several other couples.

Any of the Black's Restaurants, Persimmon, or Positano would also be good.
