I forgot how much I hated political ads

I get turned off by the nastiness of them and think poorly of the candidates that play dirty early in the campaign.

I think the term "negative ad" is too vague in itself, and that there are two related issues that make a big difference. One is whether the ad is substantive or personal and the other is whether it's true. An accurate description of an opponent's record is fair game, IMO, but personal attacks, especially when not even accurate, are totallt different, and they should not be lumped together under the same term..

Given the political atmosphere, how many undecided voters are out there? I believe if you're undecided, given the dramatic choice we face, you must be a "graduate of the school for the terminally vague.".

I suspect you underestimate the numbers. But in any case, there are enough of them to determine the electoral votes of enough states to determine the election.
