Concerned about change in fingernails--also need primary care rec

Should have stayed off Dr. Google and not am worried. I have horizontal ridges in my thumbnails. Concerned about a serious health issue or perhaps just a vitamin deficiency. I stopped eating fruit for the most part a few years ago. I am not on a diet, most fruit just grosses me out. My excellent primary care physician stopped taking my insurance. Any recommendations in Rockville or Bethesda? I have CIGNA. I will see a man or a woman. I am in my mid-thirties, have children, overall health has been good, although I am a bit overweight.

I like Dr.Blakeman at John's Hopkins in N. Bethesda. We have Cigna as well.

We go to johns Hopkins in Rockville (shady grove road).
I see Dr. Jafri, not sure if she is taking new patients - I like her a lot.
