They are not poorly trained. They are doing what they have been told to do. ICE is not law enforcement. They are immigration officials who normal push paper.

Ok, Kyle was armed to protect his Fathers business. When Law enforcement showed up he put down the gun, put his hands up, and stopped.

That’s what they teach you to do in firearms training. That’s why he’s still alive.

He’s garbage and will always be garbage.
