I don't have any skin in this game, but one of the photos in that article shows pretty clearly how the accident happened - there's a super steep drop right as you enter the tunnel. If someone comes at that quickly, the car could easily lose control when it impacts the ground again. Add in alcohol and a driver who wasn't a trained chauffer? I hear horses, not zebras.

COVID-19 isn't very effective as a weapon. It kills the wrong age groups. The young, who would be the ones drafted for war, are barely affected. It kills mainly the elderly or unfit.
