Worst name you’ve heard recently

I just came across a whole collection of horrid names that are ranked in the SSA top 1,000. I give you the "axton" names and their rankings: <puke>

Braxton (#130)
Paxton (#221)
Daxton (#296)
Jaxton (#346)
Axton (#595)
Maxton (#839)

Compared to other names on this thread, Ziggy is pretty much a classic.

Ziggy is cool. It’s easy to spell. I think boys with names like this will turn out much better than boys who have unisex or girl names.

Is this trending now?

Exxum sounds like a purulent discharge symptomatic of some disease. As in, "You'll need to keep applying the Lotrimin 3 times a day until you haven't seen any exxum on the bandages for 72 hours. And don't leave the house."

OMG you read my mind. First thing I thought, as well.

Ok I just spit out my coffee! Thank you for the laugh. Twenty-five years ago, my co-workers and I were trying to name our new company. One partner was fixated on Loquium. My boyfriend was like, "Take two Loquium and call me in the morning" He's my DH now, and we STILL say it, periodically and crack up

This is kind of funny...because I bet the dad's name is not Gray or Daw...

We know a Dawson too, but for a daughter, go figure.

I know two little girls named Ziggy. One is a nickname for Isolde and I don’t know if the other is her nickname or full name. I don’t know any boy Ziggy except the character on that HBO show.

So Ziggy is absolutely unisex.

+1. I know a girl named Ziggy too. No boys. I think it’s a cute nickname for a girl.

naming a person is hard. To be generous, maybe OP wants to get a sense of the types of things that are mistakes.
