1st prize ...a car
2nd prize...a set of steak knives
3rd prize...your fired.

Semifinal? Really...

It's "you're", not "your".

Signed,

A member of grammar police.

Oh, I forgot to mention... I've got popcorn!

Your trapped in a box.

If this is a joke, I want to laugh, but I don't get it.

Does anybody else get the impression that one poster's head is exploding?

Well, it is called 'faith'.

RAWPGG - Ranting Atheist Who Plays Gotcha Games. If you respond, she'll call you over-sensitive. She'll feel so pleased with herself, because this is probably the only thing going on in her sad little life that actually produces the result she wants.

So don't play her game by responding to this.

It was a joke, you oversensitive twat. Aren't you people supposed to be "too blessed to be stressed?" Otherwise what's the damned point. Your perpetual state of high dudgeon is tiresome.

So no surprises there. And for the record, you can call me all the names you want, but at the end of the day I'm still a (democratic) national merit scholarship semifinalist, and you're still an arrogant loser whose main debating strategies seem to consist of twisting my words and ad hominem attacks.

Bye, loser.

This is fucking hilarious. I bet you keep the swim medals you won when you were 8 framed and hanging on the wall.

Good job, national merit scholarship semifinalist! Good job!

Gosh, you gave sort of a lukewarm response. I think we should all give a high-five and say, "EXCELLENT JOB!!"

Gotcha! OK, we concede a point to you.

Your exploding head is making a real mess of this thread. I'm out of here.

Yes! Shame on you, PP! This was once a highly informative and respectful discussion about "which DCUM posters your sick of" and you've gone and made a real mess of it!

That must be you insulting WOHMs on the other thread. And don't try to tell me there are two equally dumb, bitchy, suck-on-every level, pointless wastes of space posting on DCUM on the same afternoon.

I see everyone on DCUM has gone off their meds this weekend...

"Your "religious beliefs" deserve no more respect than my beliefs about who the "Best Band of the 90s" is. Seriously. I don't fucking care. You don't get to believe nonsense with zero justification, and then award yourself "special sensitivity points" on top of that. Grow a thicker skin."

Should I not respond to the ranting atheist? I suppose not, but I'm wondering why you can't understand that anyone's deeply held beliefs -- things they would die for -- deserve more respect than you show. I might not understand why someone believes in a deity, but as a fellow human being that person deserves respect. You might believe very strongly that some unproven alternative therapy will cure your dying child. I am not going to mock you for your belief. I might believe that prayer will help (either the child or me). Would you mock me in that situation?

If you've posted on the last four pages, I'm sick of you. Stop, just stop. You need a time out.

I wish you would die for me

There are several people here arguing with the Ranting Atheist (or pagan, or whatever). I'm one of them, but I'm not the one you just said you're sick of. Congrats, though! Apparently several people find your nasty, childish behavior abhorrent!

Yes, there are definitely several of us who view that poster's comments as totally offensive.
