experience with The Hill Preschool on Capitol Hill

Does anyone have experience with the Hill Preschool on N. Carolina Ave in SE Capitol Hill? Would love to hear feedback from you as I'm looking to enter my 2 year old twin boys in their toddler program. I am looking for a full day program while I am at work.

Given the high cost of nursery schools for twins, I wonder if my expectations are too high in terms of quality for what we can afford.

Thanks, Kim

Hi Kim,

I don't have experience with The Hill Preschool either, but my family and I are also interested, so I hope someone will respond! Did you attend one of their open houses? We are moving to Washington from across the country in a couple of months, so we have not been able to attend. Do you have any sense of how long with wait list is for 2-year-olds? Also, can you only enroll starting in the fall?

Thanks for any information, and I hope someone with experience there replies with some feedback!

I haven't attended their Open House yet as they have a waiting list for the 2 yr old program (everyone does for me since I need 2 spots in the same room for my twins). If you hear of anything re. this school, please let me know!

Thanks, Kim

Did anyone check out the Hill preschool? If so, I'd love to hear what you thought of it. I will have a two and a three-year-old and am looking for full-time preschools in fall 2010.

Will they turn 3 y.o. by December 31st, OP? If so, check out Bridges PCS. It's a very high quality program, and it's free (only for DC residents).

The OP posted this more than 2 years ago so chances are her kids have reached 3 by now.
