Ray Bradbury Died.

I don't usually care when famous people die -- I've never met them. But this makes me sad. I grew up reading his books.

He was definitely a great writer, and this news reminded me that I've never gotten around to reading some of his work.(Too many books, too little time)

I loved his work as well. This is a true loss.

sniff, sniff.... I love Farenheit 451 and the Martian Chronicles. I think Bradbury was one of the last golden age scifi authors left, so this is even more of a loss. IMHO he and his contemporaries produced some of the best Science Fiction ever.

I was surprised he was still alive.

RIP Ray.

I remember and loved "The Illustrated Man". I was totally scared reading "Something Wicked This Way Comes" as a pre-teen. What a loss.
