I'm going to the game today -- four of us. Don't want to take metro -- will be cheaper to park and more convenient in the car than the Metro with four people.
What's the best plan of action for parking? Haven't been in a while. |
| PLEASE just take the metro. Parking is expensive (like $20) and the metro lets you out half a block away from the stadium. I will never understand why people who CAN take the metro to a Nats game choose to drive instead. |
Just wondering if you've attempted to take Metro on Sunday anytime recently? |
| There is a $5 lot underneath the highway where it crosses S. Capitol Street. It's cheap but a 10-15 minute walk to the stadium. If you have a small child, you can do that and there is a place to check strollers inside the ticketing area. |
| Is the water taxi running yet? |
| Have you purchased 4 round trip metro passes recently? Parking is cheaper than the metro, especially if you are willing to walk a few blocks. Some people prefer the metro but for us parking is easier, faster, and less expensive |
| We parked in lot C today which is attached to the stadium. It took us nearly an hour to get out. We had no problems getting in, but getting out was hell. |
