Definitely NOT the one where you melt candy bars and smear them in a diaper and make people guess which ones they are. Ughghghghg.
If they are sharing the baby's name, a good one is to see who can make the most words out of the baby's name. |

Baby The Price Is Right where you guess how much each baby item costs (like diapers, diaper cream, bottles, etc) then you give the items to the mommy to be at the end.
Also like the word jumble game where different baby type words are jumbled (like diaper, onesie = pedria, senoie, etc) |

+1 I don't know a single person who enjoys the baby shower games. Every time, all my friends are like "oh god, I hope there aren't any stupid games", and then there's the one super cheery girl in a floral sundress who makes us play some excruciatingly painful game. More fun - something silly like decorating bibs with fabric paints. |

| Passing around fabric bags that contain baby items and having everyone feel inside the bags to guess what the items are (prizes for most correct guesses), having people compete to match the most pictures of famous people to their baby pics. And seven minutes in heaven after the beer pong. |

 Did that at my friend's shower. Guests seemed to think it was funny. Not for everyone though.
A lot of it depends on your audience OP. There's a game where you have a list of celebs on one side of the page and their kids names on the other side. Have to match them up. |

| my friends made a couples dinner party- so nice! the best game (and not too many) was tasting the baby food- the guys all tried- funny how the women wouldn't.. the worst in other baby showers was the guessing how large the belly was with a string or whatever- |
