I need help choosing a small gift for a woman in her 60's

She has everything, is single, devoted to her family (brothers/sisters/nephews/nieces), and is not into electronics. She lives in another country and I want to buy her a small gift since I will be coming to visit, but I'm out of ideas... She does not drink unfortunately, so that is out.

Last year I gave a perfum, the year before some chocolate....

To her sister, also in her 60s, I'm taking one of those Spanx things since she is always complaining about her body etc....

I love the store "As Kindred Spirits" in Rockville for gifts for older ladies - always find things for my MIL and grandma there!

How about dried fruit? I know a bunch of people in that age group who seem to really enjoy and appreciate fruit.
