Is there a company like mosquito squad, but will agree to just come once or as-needed?

| MS will only do a $600 fee for the whole season, and we want to just do one application and see if it works, if we use the yard more, etc. The $600 is too much up-front for us. Is there a similar company with more flexible policies? |

There's also Mosquito Authority. (I can't tell the 2 companies apart). But I don't know what their terms are.
I too would like to just do one application. When you do those Groupon or Social deal, you can do one application. There was a deal for Mosquito Authority from Amazon Deals, but I missed it. |

| MS will do a one time "event application" that is less. However, I will no longer consider them. They offered me a special vial email and when I tried to take advantage of it, I was told it wasn't available (offer sent on Friday PM of a holiday weekend and I tried to use it on Tuesday AM). I find that to be wrong and refuse to work with them. To me, they seem to be as shady as they were described on here a few weeks ago. |

To answer the OP's question, does Mosquito Squad offer onetime treatments, the answer is yes or as a franchise it should, I do know that the Greater DC Franchise as well as the other MD franchises (West Montgomery, Fredrick MD, Montgomery County, Greater DC and Annapolis) do offer onetime event sprays for special occasions and periodically have special offers with sites like Certifikid. Yes, standard treatments are effective against adult ticks, and we use daminx tick tubes to help with nymph and larval stage ticks. I would not recommend the natural option if ticks are your primary concern because it is a repellent, and ticks are not very mobile by themselves. Hope this helps. Does Mosquito Squad Pro Rate for the rest of the season? I would consider MS only if they prorate starting the when they first start coming.
I don't want to pay the same as the people who started in April, when my service would start in July. |
