Hiring Individual Movers -- w/o truck or moving company

So, DH and I are moving out of our one bedroom condo. We don't have that much stuff -- we could just rent a truck and get our friends/family members to help us and we'd be fine. But, the problem is that we're moving on a Friday, and so most of said friends/family members will be working. A couple of our friends will be available, however, and I was thinking that it might be a good idea to hire a couple of guys to help with the moving. Between our friends and a couple of extra hands, we would be all set. Has anyone done this? Is there a moving company that would do this? Any idea where I'd find said guys (or gals)?

We may just end up going with a moving company in the end anyway, but we are trying to save money and this seems like it might be a decent solution, given that we already have a couple of friends willing to help in exchange for beer, pizza, and good karma.

If you have DH and two other people, you have more than enough help. Any more than that and you're just tumbling over each other.
