If you use a cleaning service, do you tip the cleaners?

You don't tip regularly, only at the "Holidays" and then the full weekly amount in cash for them to divvy up.

I don't tip them. I leave them cash during the winter holiday season. I also give each of the women who clean the house a bottle of wine for Thanksgiving and for Easter along with a thank you note.
