moving: how to change zone permit?

Hi,

moving from SE to NW next weekend. How do I get my parking permit? Also, is there a way to get a emporary permit until we get the one from DMV?

You get a temp permit from the police. DMV wil lissue a new permanent permit -- you have to go there and give them proof of address.
