Breakfast ...where and what to get?

I love pancakes and waffles, outside of making them where can I get the huge diner classics or just really good ones?

Sat only before noon .... eastern market in DC has great pancakes (especially the bluebucks....buckwheat w/ blueberry.)

Artie's has unbelievable French toast.

Isn't there one of those First Watch restaurants in Fair City Mall? That's all breakfast food.
