Short question: Can you recommend a doctor in NOVA for headaches (arlington)?
If not, how should I go about finding one. Background: My GP is okay but over the 5 years I"ve seen her, I"ve realized that I could not trust her or her staff with a serious illness, chronic illness management or diagnostics. They seem really, really disorganized. Anyway, about a month ago I started having headaches which is very unusual for me. They are almost every day and sometimes twice a day. While not debilitating, they are annoying and I'm also sedative to smell and light. I went to the eye doctor who said all looks well in eyes and with prescriptions for glasses and contacts. HE suggested I see a neurologist but I think that's overkill b/c I've had a lot of colds. Could this be a bad, and hidden sinus infection? ThoughtS? |
| I see Carl Waldman at Virginia Hospital Center. He is a neurologist and he is wonderfully patient. He will be able to sort out what is going on with you. With the light and sound sensitivity, it sounds like migraine headaches. |
