Picnic shelters that allow alcohol?

We're looking for a picnic shelter to host a going-away party before we move out of the area this summer - expecting about 50 people and lots of kids, so we need somewhere that kids can run and play. I was planning to reserve one of the Arlington County picnic shelters but just read that alcohol is prohibited. This isn't going to be the kind of party where people are getting drunk, but I do want to be able to serve beer and wine to guests. (And no, I don't want to hide my alcohol in decoy cups. I'm too old for that.)

Is there anywhere we can rent a party area or picnic shelter that would allow alcohol? If it matters, we're also planning to get catering. I'd prefer Arlington County or the District, but we could do Fairfax, too. If worse comes to worse we can ask friends who have a yard to host, but I really would prefer to use a picnic area.

(I know this isn't strictly a parenting question but the threads in off-topic seem really off-topic so I'm not sure if this belongs there either.)

Thanks!

Everything in Fairfax is pretty much reserved and I don't think they allow alcohol. Prince William County does permit alcohol for a small additional fee. You can also check Northern Virginia Regional Parks.
