Cold soup ideas?

Anyone have any recipes for refreshing cold soups? Other than gazpacho?

Chilled Strawberry Soup

Ingredients
1 pint sliced strawberries, tops removed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup (8 ounces) plain yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons brandy
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup (4 ounces) strawberry yogurt
4 hulled strawberries
4 mint leaves

In a food processor or blender, purée strawberries, sugar, half-and-half, and plain yogurt. Pour into a bowl and add vanilla, brandy, and cinnamon. Stir in strawberry yogurt until well combined. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and mint leaf.

Puree cantaloupe and some water, add a little simple syrup or sugar. I also puree in some basil leaves and garnish with thinly sliced basil.

I have a carrot ginger soup recipe that would probably be good cold.

I had a peach soup in Prague eons ago and it was yummy.

Salt & Pepper had a watermelon soup last summer that got good reviews from my MIL.

Vichyssoise, aka cold potato soup, is a classic, of course.

Thank you for reminding me of cold soups. An easy dinner option for the months ahead.

Second the cantaloupe soup. We serve it with a small scoop of passion fruit sorbet.

Lots of recipes out there for non cream based cold asparagus soup.
