It's too long to read this entire thread but I have to shout out to one of the original OPs and second Bill Clinton. Even though he's old.

Oh and there's this French guy probably 23-25 years old with long dirty-blond hair (usually pulled back) who I have seen 5 times around Bethesda Row. He doesn't seem to care about grooming and that makes him all the more hot. Once this summer I saw him - and I swear this is true - shirtless carrying a baguette under his arm.
