Angelina is trying to play the victim once again, acting as if Brad is the one who is in the wrong for suing her for breaching their agreement. She is the one who sold her share of the winery to a competitor behind his back and then wants to play the victim after she got sued.

Luckily, Brad is standing strong and has rejected her latest ploy. He is right that she is pleading for the case to be dropped because she knows her position is weak. She’s tried to turn a business dispute into a nasty personal fight about her abuse allegations, because her case is weak. Brad sounds like he is confident he can get damages from her in court. She I’ll finally have to face the music for her disgusting conduct.

Brad’s position against her latest motion to get his personal communications with his closest advisors about the plane incident and his therapy program is strong. Her motions have no relevance to the case. His lawyers are right that a contract can only be considered unconscionable and against public policy at the time it was formed, not as a later justification for refusing to adhere to the contract. It sounds like Angelina’s irrelevant motions will soon be denied by the judge and she will eventually lose the case in court.

We already know Jolie is broke. She must know she is losing the lawsuit if she is having her lawyer publicly beg Brad to drop it. That and she is trying to polish her victimhood crown that she and her followers have adorned her with. She sold the winery to a partner that Brad didn’t want to be in business with, yet somehow she wants us all to believe that she is the victim. She is the instigator of all of the fighting. She went scorched Earth when she left Brad - leaking about the plane incident and filing for sole custody/refusing to let him have custody of his children. She has some nerve claiming that she wants the family to heal when she is the architect of the ugly divorce and can’t let the family heal by endlessly bringing up the plane incident.

No. All the children have a codependent relationship with Angelina. Even the older boys. Other than the girl in college, none of the kids seem to be able to leave their mother’s home or establish their own lives.

it has everything to do with the Miraval case. Negotiations broke down because of the papers she filed about in family court.

Angelina claims her deal with Brad broke down because Brad wanted her to sign an NDA saying that no one involved in the sale would disparage each other in public. Yet, she also claims she never had any intention of publicly speaking about the so-called abuse. If she never intended to speak about the abuse, why was the NDA a so-called dealbreaker for her? Her lawyer supposedly proposed the same NDA to Brad in connection with their divorce case. The NDA defense is a smoke screen. She found a buyer who would pay her more money for her shares and she wanted to hurt Brad by selling her shares to someone else. She is a malicious and manipulative liar. I’m glad Brad is calling out her BS and continuing in with his court case. It’s high time she is held accountable for her conduct.
