Need a good, easy white chocolate recipe

On a whim, I bought a chunk of white chocolate from Trader Joe's. Now I have no clue what to do with it, and it's just sitting in my freezer.

Please post any good, easy dessert recipes for which I can use white chocolate. I looked at a few websites but wasn't too inspired.

You may not use all the butter that the recipe calls for. It's a lot.
