Whey low (new 'non-artificial' low cal/low glycemic index sweetener)

So I just had a dessert made with Whey Low and had no idea until I read the box. It.was.amazing. I am wondering what the catch is. I never do artificial sweeteners for obvious reasons (save for the occasional diet coke), but I might be willing to switch to this if it's really and truly all natural and has no side effects.

Anyone heard of this/used this/know more about this?
