DCJCC?

Looking for a pre-school for my 3 y.o son.
Is the DCJCC a good place? It's really convenient to my work and has full days (9 to 6 is perfect).
I'm reading both good and really bad reviews. Is it worth the $$?
What about security? I heard they had a problem a couple (??) of years back with a kid forgotten at a playground.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

When are you considering it for? Good or bad, may not be room for the fall anymore.

OP here: This fall -- Last year their website was advertising spots available in November/December.

Well there are many that have been on the WL for over a year and haven't heard anything back. So I wouldn't waste your money.

OP, the problem with the child getting left at the park was not years and years ago - it was last year or the year before at most. The worst part was that no staff noticed the child was missing until some parents at the park brought the child back to the JCC! It was discussed at length here as were the (minimal) measures that the JCC took in response to the incident. I'd strongly advise finding the old thread in the archives.
