Does anyone go to or know anything about Dr. Jacqueline Apgar in Bethesda/Rochville? She delivers at Shady Grove.

| Love her! Can't say enough good things about her. She delivered both of our children, and is sweet and caring. She just had her second child, so she's intimately familiar with the whole process. |
