Sloppy police work by a hjunior detective, under paid inadequate defense, pro forma judicial review seems the norm for Texas.

Justice Scalia where is your Catholic outrange,If it's immoral to kill an innocent fetus how can the it not be immoral to kill an innocent man.

Rick Perry & his predecessor should ponder how many others innocent men have been murdered by the state

Right, higher taxes is an offense against God, but we can kill some innocent people, and it's "oh well whatever". Even poor minorities deserve liberty, and this is the ultimate offense against it.
