Wonder what Scalia, Thomas and Rick Perry have to say about the death penality now.

you gotta break some eggs to make an omelet |
We don't need an omelet. We need justice, and that doesn't require execution. |
Sloppy police work by a hjunior detective, under paid inadequate defense, pro forma judicial review seems the norm for Texas.
Justice Scalia where is your Catholic outrange,If it's immoral to kill an innocent fetus how can the it not be immoral to kill an innocent man. Rick Perry & his predecessor should ponder how many others innocent men have been murdered by the state |
Thatw was my first thought, too. There's at least half a dozen, just in Texas, according to this: http://www.deathpenaltyinfo.org/executed-possibly-innocent |
In Texas, they love doing that. Not the first, won't be the last. |
Right, higher taxes is an offense against God, but we can kill some innocent people, and it's "oh well whatever". Even poor minorities deserve liberty, and this is the ultimate offense against it. |
