The author of the book is a known liar. He previously wrote a book about Hillary Clinton that she said contained many falsehoods. Nobody with Klein's reputation would have access to the sources necessary to provide the quotes he claims to have.

It's model is to cascade its titles down through a network of vanity conservative outlets ultimately owned by the parent company to create the appearance of large sales. (i.e. the "Conservative Book Club," as if conservatives read).
