Accuracy of data used for US News ranking of best high schools

Apparently there are (many) questions about the accuracy of the (federal) data used in their rankings.

One article states that several of the schools in Nevada have skewed enrollment statistics. I saw no mention of inaccurate data being discovered in other states.

What a mess!
It's kind of a good thing, though. It never made sense to rank schools by the number of kids who take AP and IB exams anyway.
